Keep Hydrated!

With the recent heatwave, it is easy to not realize how much water you loose during an event. Especially if it”s outdoors. Water isn’t enough. To keep from dehydrating, Ice Tea, Sports drinks as well as fortified water is what’s called for. Start hydrating a couple of hours before your event, and keep it going through out.
